Thornton Elementary welcomes Newcomers with event
Thornton Elementary connected with their Newcomer Community by inviting parents to the first ever Newcomer Tea. Families gathered together to enjoy pastries and tea while meeting school staff. Students from Thornton High School joined to share their personal school experiences with the families in their native language. It was a huge success!
