SEL Corner

As the new year begins, many people are refreshing routines and thinking through new resolutions. At school, our staff is doing the same with students - resetting and reviewing our school expectations, routines, and goals for the year. One of our school expectations is being KIND. We would encourage families to focus on kindness at home as well! The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation provides many resources for schools and homes to help foster kindness in their community. Check out the resources below from the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation to build the muscle of kindness at home:

  1. 2025 Kindness Calendars: Stay organized and inspired all year with our 2025 calendars! Perfect for homes, these calendars feature daily acts of kindness to keep kindness front and center. Attendance Matters

Second Semester (January 7 through May 29, 2025)

ATTEND TODAY, ACHIEVE TOMORROW

  • Prioritize good attendance to ensure your child’s success now and in the future.  Only keep your child home if they are truly sick.
  • Make sure your child is at school on time everyday.  When arriving late and/or leaving school early students miss important instructional time.
  • When possible, plan vacations and checkups with doctor/dentist during the many school breaks.
  • The attendance line is available 24-hours a day.  Please call 720-972-5678 to let us know if your child will be absent.  Messages in Dojo are not forwarded to the attendance line.
  • If you need support, please let us know.
