Thornton Elementary is hosting a mobile COVID testing site, run by Mobile Health. The testing site will start Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 8:00 am and will continue operating every Tuesday at 8:00 am. Any student can be tested, however, to have a student tested, a parent consent must be filled out prior. Click here for the English consent form, and click here for the Spanish consent form. Students will be pulled from their class and brought to the testing room. The test should only take no more than 10 minutes. As an incentive, The State of Colorado is paying $25/per student for the first test, and $10/per student (a week) after for each additional test. There are no limits on how many tests one student can receive.
